You will have contact with service users, relatives, other members of the public and professionals from partner organisations. You will have an important role in helping the service to run efficiently in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.
This role will involve front line tasks, including day to day running of the reception area, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking rooms, meetings and greeting patient and visitors, data entry, typing (audio and copy), and using the in-house IT systems.
The Highfield Unit is based at the Warneford Hospital in Headington, Oxford. This is a modern purpose-built resource centre for adolescent people with mental illness, offering both community and outpatient facilities. We will offer you support, supervision, training, and the opportunity for personal development.
