**LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR POSITION AVAILABLE**

Based in Bowerham, Lancaster and soon to be opening up a brand new office in Lancaster City Centre, this is a great time to join an expanding, successful business.

We are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated student lettings team and assist with our fast growing portfolios and expanding business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently and efficiently. You will be working within a small team to maintain a high quality of service at all times.

**Previous property experience is not essential** as full training will be given. We are ideally looking for people with experience in administration and customer service.

Some daily tasks in the roles will include:

- Advertising properties and taking marketing images
- Managing a portfolio of properties for landlords
- Conducting viewings and virtual tours
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Managing your own diary and organising property visits with tenants
- Assisting with checking tenants in and out
- Organising property maintenance and ensuring landlords/tenants are kept up to date
- Dealing with deposit returns
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
The role is Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm. This role will include working a Saturday on a rota basis but you will receive a lieu day during the week. _(Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview)_

Driving licence and own vehicle is required - _Mileage/expenses paid_
- Salary between £20,000-24,000 _(Dependent on experience)_
