**Accounts Administrator | Lancaster City Centre Offices | Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm | £20,000 - £22,000**

For over 30 years, our client has been helping people to move home. They now require a friendly and confident person with an eye for detail to join their excellent Accounts Department.

To succeed in this role, you will bring your enthusiasm, proactiveness and hardworking nature. You will have good numerical skills, be computer literate, and have an excellent telephone manner.

You will ensure the management of landlord and tenant accounts.

Please note that part-time hours will also be considered, working Wednesday to Friday 8:45am-5pm earning £11,800.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Experience in residential property lettings desirable but not essential
- Experience in using an accounts package
- Office administrative experience
- 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Good customer service and telephone manner
- You must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Lancaster before starting work

**What will your role look like?**
- Processing and accounting of receipts & payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Creating documents relating to tenancies
- Assisting colleagues in their management of new and renewing tenancies
- Dealing with general account queries
