This exciting role offered by our client who is based firmly in the Crafting sector. With their own highly successful range of products under their brand name they represent the finest names in the industry. They strive to deliver the highest possible levelsof service to their retail customers, international distributors and consumers. They are a real market leader in their field.
**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
The role will be responsible for proactively managing partnerships with a range of clients including media and shopping channels, working hand in hand with the product development team to develop and deliver a roadmap of shows that meet our objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts/relationships with Creative Buyers and Creative Expressions Designers and Demonstrators to schedule, plan, develop and deliver high performing shows that hit sales and margin targets.
- Ensure best possible exposure for Creative Expressions products including their online product descriptions, show publicity materials and social media.
- Manage stock ordering and allocation to ensure stock is available to fulfil commitments
- In conjunction with Marketing, ensure the highest possible profile for our TV guests and shows in general.
- Create Social Media activity both directly and through influencers
- Manage the in-house studio to create video content to support brand profile and product sales.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Degree
- Commercially aware
- Strong verbal and written communication and able to work with people on all levels
- Account management/client relationship management experience
- Excellent numeracy
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results orientation and tenacity.
- Commercial customer-facing, preferably managing long-term relationships.
- Prepared to put yourself out to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Any retail buying or raft sector experience would be desirable
**HOURS OF WORK: Based around 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.**Full time (37.5 hrs per week)
The role holder may be required to work occasional weekends and/or additional hours for shows and other appropriate duties as dictated by the needs of the business.
**SALARY: up to 29/30K**
**HOLIDAY: 20 days plus bank holidays. Exciting opportunities to progress.**
