A position has arisen for an experienced Financial Accountant to join an established not-for-profit organisation in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. The role will be a hybrid of working on-site as well as remotely.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting the Senior Finance Business Partner and overseeing the financial accounting systems, ledgers and day-to-day finance transactional business
- Supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner in the production of the annual statutory and consolidated accounts
- Preparing financial accounting and reporting for specialist areas including capital and VAT
- Preparing integrated cash flow and balance sheet in line with time scales
- Managing the Finance Officer on a day-to-day basis, carrying out monthly 1:1, support, development, and appraisal review meetings
