**Shirley, Birmingham**
**£25,500 basic salary**
**37.5 hours - Monday to Sunday, office hours 8am - 10pm (you will work on a rota basis)**
**Hybrid working available**
Outsource UK is seeking a Customer Support Officer to work for a leading UK Specialist bank within their savings team.
If you have excellent customer service skills and worked within savings then this role is for you

**Duties of the Customer Support Officer**
- Providing excellent customer service to customers of the client assisting them with any queries or problems they have with their savings accounts
- Proving accurate information to customers when discussing products/services
- Escalating complaints in a timely manner
- Adhering to company policies and legislation
