**Front of House Receptionist| London SE10**

**Available shifts (rolling rota)**:

- **Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (10 hours per day)**_
- **Clinic hours 10:00 - 20:00**_

We are an established Harley Street aesthetic clinic, and will be opening a second clinic close to North Greenwich tube station in a busy location.

We are looking for a highly motivated customer focused individual for the following:

- Greet clients to discuss medical grade skincare products, take bookings or deal with queries that may arise
- Encourage the booking of skincare consultations of treatments
- Help with stock management and replenishment
- Co-ordinating practitioner diaries
- Dealing with complaints that may arise in a respectful, positive and focused manner
- Developing knowledge of skincare and treatments
- Opening and closing of the clinic

You should be:

- Friendly, approachable and presentable
- Target driven, but not pushy
- Pro-active and motivated
- An excellent communicator
- Able to communicate which skincare product would be best for a potential customer
- Social media savvy

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour
