Teaching Personnel are working in collaboration with a large secondary school in _Nelson_ and this presents an amazing chance for those who may lack classroom/teaching experience, to be able to fully immerse themselves within a school environment.

- Assisting full time members of staff with planning lessons, as well as preparation of educational resources.
- Acting as a cover supervisor when required - ensuring that pupils are fully focused on pre-set tasks, as well as managing behaviour expectations.
- Helping those with SEN, thus gaining quality experience in managing the needs of pupils who may find the learning process difficult.
- Real potential for permanent employment within the worked school, based on performance and engagement with the programme.
- Pay - £350-£400 per week based on prior experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
