Our client is a well know UK Bank providing high street and internet banking, current accounts, mortgages, savings accounts, credit cards and loans. They pride themselves on customer service and customer satisfaction levels and are always looking to put theircustomers at the heart of what they do with a strong ethical policy setting out the way they do business.
They are looking for an Acquisition Campaign Manager to join them in their Manchester-based offices on an initial 12-month contract, for maternity cover, with opportunity to move to a permanent role or to other areas of the business following a productive contractcompletion
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support the development of brand and acquisition marketing activity across a wide mix of media channels aimed at increasing brand consideration and appealing to those in market to switch their business current account to an ethical alternative.
- Utilise customer insight to develop a segmented industry focused lead generation communications strategy, utilising business commercial/customer insight, SME segmentation; Salesforce CRM lead generation engine, Experian prospect data and digital content hubto drive leads and consideration of our ethical business banking proposition amongst high brand aligned new to bank customer segments.
- Develop strategies and communications journeys to fully optimise marketing acquisition PPC budget and efficiently drive cross sell of additional products and services through the account opening and welcome journeys within Salesforce.
- Lead, drive and optimise all digital marketing activity by continually reviewing performance to further, test optimise and drive improved ROI from marketing spend.
- Supports and leads the delivery of campaign planning and implements plans in a timely and effective manner and providing results learnings to aid future campaign improvements
- Champion the customer in all manner of activities, ensuing the customer and brand values are at the heart of all communication activities.
- Ensures all activities align to the brand guidelines and brand positioning.
- Supports in the management of agency and supplier performance against agreed objectives.
- Support effective relationships with key stakeholders, initiates and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally to ensure all marketing activities align to specific business requirements and expectations.
- Supports a customer centric culture which inspires and motivates colleagues across products and marketing.
- Supports the development and delivery of marketing campaign activity, to ensure it's aligned with commercial objectives and benchmarking activity against target KPI's.
- Supports in the management of marketing communications in alignment to agreed marketing SME and brand strategy.
- Support Senior Marketing Manager in defining key metrics and reporting back on campaign performance.
- Supports manager in the review of campaign performance against key performance measures and uses learning's to inform and optimise future campaign activity.
- RISK AND PROCESS
- Support identification and manage any regulatory, operational and conduct risks arising from marketing communications in accordance with the banks risk appetite
- Supports and promotes compliance within the team, being fully conversant with Financial Promotions Regulation
- Responsible for managing individual campaign budgets to ensure activity is within agreed parameters and reports any variances to Senior Marketing Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience in marketing campaign management roles, preferably in Financial Services.
- Experience of Salesforce CRM or appetite to train up on the job to initiate and drive change.
- Knowledge of critical category value drivers
- Strong understanding and proven track record of campaign planning
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Excellent communications / Influencing skills evidenced through a number of techniques.
- Sound knowledge of appropriate legal and regulatory framework
- Educated to degree or Marketing diploma level
- Experience in working with Marketing agencies
