**Website Acquisition Specialist / 40k / Manchester / Hybrid**

This well-established award winning business are looking for a **Website Acquisition Specialist** to join their team.

As the **Website Acquisition Specialist,** you will be responsible for website acquisition, end-to-end customer journeys and ensuring consistency across all aspects of the website.

As the **Website Acquisition Specialist,**you will
- Create high performing landing pages to gain new customers, supporting paid and organic campaigns
- Re-purpose existing pages to improve clarity and increase conversions
- Improve performance KPIs including cost per acquisition by improving customer journeys, working with the Acquisition Manager
- Build new content and improve existing content to improve rankings, working with SEO Manager
- Process creation for on-going site improvements and management
- Work with the wider acquisition team to review acquisition journeys, and analyse performance of said journeys using digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar etc.
- Brief creative and content teams to support digital acquisition activities
- Manage all website content, implementing updates and amends via the CMS
- Regular liaison with stakeholders to understand and plan content
- Ensure the site meets our compliance regulations and comply

**You will have**
- A strong understanding of SEO and CRO
- Experience building and optimising landing pages for paid and organic campaigns
- Web analytics understanding and how it relates to content performance and UX
- A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Optimize, Hotjar etc.
- Web content optimisation experience
- CMS system experience
- Excellent project management skills
