**The Role**:
As a **Property Acquisition Specialist**, you’ll be at the heart of our business, responsible for finding and securing investment properties that meet the specific needs of our clients. You’ll need to be proactive, analytical, and confident in negotiations, working directly with sellers and agents to close deals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing investment properties based on investor criteria.
- Running numbers and conducting due diligence to ensure properties meet financial and investment goals.
- Making offers, negotiating with sellers or agents, and securing property deals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents and property owners.
- Regularly communicating progress with clients and delivering results that exceed expectations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making offers and negotiating deals.

- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
