**HR Administrator**

**Sevenoaks | Full or Part-time | Permanent | £23,000 - £26,000FTE**

**This role is completely office based, no hybrid working offered.**

**The role can be worked on a part time basis (4 days) or full time (5 days).**

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client’s established organisation.

The role will be covering all of the HR Administration for the organisation and will be supporting the HR Manager to deliver the people strategy.

**Role Duties**:

- Assist the HR Manager with all incoming HR related queries and administration
- Maintain and update all HR files and databases.
- Responsible for logging all staff holiday.
- Responsible for managing sickness absence and long term sick cases.
- Assist in the recruitment process, setting up interviews and liaising with agencies.
- Frist point of contact for payroll related queries
- Responsible for collating data for monthly payroll
- Issuing offer letters, documents and contracts.
- Responsible for the induction process
- Produce regular reports from the HR system
- Updating the employee handbook when required
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects
- Minimum of 12 months experience within a HR Administration role
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Payroll administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with HR databases
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
