Job Description: Security Administrator / Generalist Role at Hereward Security Solutions

Overview:
Hereward Security Solutions, a leading independent Security & Risk Consultancy, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Administrator. Join our dynamic and expanding team, providing services to a diverse portfolio of clients in central London and overseas.

Position Details:

- **Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
- **Hours**: Negotiable, typically Wednesday 9 am - 4 pm and Friday 9 am - 4 pm
- **Employment Type**: Part-time
- **Expected Hours**: Min 14 hours per week
- **Work Location**: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform some HR-related duties (training provided)
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Address service partner and security-related queries
- Conduct general office ad-hoc duties as needed
- **Essential**: Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of Security Industry
- Some HR Knowledge (Training Provided)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently and promptly complete administrative tasks
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise a changing to-do list
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience Required:
