Working in a friendly customer service team, the Senior Customer Service Executive will work alongside the Customer Service Manager to oversee the department needs. This is a hands-on role, and the duties will include;
- Lead the team to manage multiple customer needs orders, product enquiries, confirmation of delivery dates, re-issues, and refunds.
- Upselling and cross selling on promotional products and services
- Make some outbound calls to customer, ensuring outstanding customer services in a timely manner.
- Monitor teams’ performance and report and training needs to the Customer Service Manager.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with introduction of new systems and processes.
