What You'll Be Doing
  • Build strong relationships with our UK-wide partner network through clear, confident communication.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries with care and precision, using Salesforce to track and deliver outstanding service.
  • Take ownership of your workload, supported by regular one-to-ones with your manager.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and deliver best-in-class waste solutions.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
  • Use your growing industry knowledge to offer bespoke solutions that meet client needs without compromising on service or sustainability.

What we need from you
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative.
  • Confidence and professionalism in handling complaints effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working towards deadlines, targets, and KPIs.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Additional job information:
  • Full-time, office-based in Newark.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Bank Holiday working required on a rota basis.
