Support Services Administrator

Our client is a Leeds based specialist product supply, service and solutions business, and they are now looking to add a driven, highly organised Support Services Administrator to their Operations team.
**Support Services Administrator**
**Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire**
**£20,500 per annum**
**Full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.**
**The Role**:
- Transact, manage and facilitate product orders
- Sorting and posting out invoices to customers
- Processing collection of returned goods
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve services or offerings
- Ensuring billing is completed in a timely manner
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Comfortable with Database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within multiple collaborative teams
- Display exceptional personal drive and determination to make a difference
**Hours and location**:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, fully office based.
