A new opportunity has arisen within our Risk and Compliance Division in the Isle of Man for an enthusiastic individual with an attention to detail and the desire to be part of a team.

**Purpose of Job**:
The Risk and Compliance (R&C) Team in the Isle of Man has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to provide administrative support in assisting the Review Manager and other team members with all areas of the Review functions

**Essential Requirements**:
Prior Experience, Skills and Attributes:

- An interest in working in a compliance team within the finance environment (administration of companies & trusts etc.)
- Desire to build technical Compliance knowledge and study towards a relevant professional qualification
- An ability to work in an organised manner and having an attention to detail is essential
- An ability to deal with a variety of tasks and to work towards deadlines

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Carry out various types of reviews which include Post customer-onboarding (120 day), Periodic, Reduced Services and PEP reviews for multiple jurisdictions ensuring they are being administered in accordance with JTC’s policies and procedures and regulatory obligations
- Ensure the reviews are conducted on schedule in accordance with the review cycle
- Update AcuReview/Viewpoint review scheduling
- Undertake research and World-check 1 screening
- Assisting the Review Manager with their responsibilities including producing Management Information in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with team members
