Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team. The role will be a mixture of some hands on maintenance work as well as the administration and analysis thatsupports the facilities function. Role responsibilities:

- Coordinate and plan essential central services
- Responsible for the coordination of meeting rooms and facilities
- Assisting the Operations Manager with the coordination of building maintenance, refurbishments and office moves
- Manage the day to day requirements of Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems
- Act as a fleet coordinator for the company including administration/coordination of pool cars
- As required, manage cover for the post room and reception
- As required general hands on maintenance tasks including tasks like changing light bulbs, re painting of small areas and any other smaller tasks. Larger maintenance tasks are managed by out sourced contractors which you will manage and coordinate
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel as spreadsheet work will be required
- Previous experience of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Environmental Management systems
