The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct behind-the-scenes Tours of Lord’s Cricket Ground, with a duration ranging from 30 minutes to four hours, according to the specifications provided by the Tours Office Staff. In addition, the role requires the individual to act as an 'Ambassador' of MCC, providing exceptional front-of-house service to all tour visitors, event guests, and those visiting the Museum and Lord's Cricket Ground (the Ground).

**REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience gained in a sporting venue or any other business/establishment with high standards of customer service.
- The individual should feel at ease presenting to and speaking in front of large groups, as well as answering questions.
- The ability to follow instructions and tour routes that may change at short notice.
- The capability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments throughout the Ground.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and provide polite but firm directions to customers.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills and the capacity to deal professionally with large volumes of people in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, MCC staff from all departments, and visitors to the Ground.
- A professional appearance and excellent punctuality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in frequently changing conditions.
- Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and across a range of tour types.
