The Cloak and Dagger Tour is looking for someone who wants to take the opportunity to join our fantastic team of fanatics of history
The Cloak and Dagger Tour is a multi award winning immersive history tour, with a difference. The Immersive aspect of the tour makes us very unique but it's the history that we cover on the tour that really makes us stand out. We do not cover the highbrow parts of history, focussing on Kings and celebrities of history, nor do we talk on the more more famous events, we focus on the realities of ordinary life and talk about the more unspoken aspects of the past. Quotidian/Social history is our focus. The research for the tour has been uniquely conducted for the tour itself and is one of a kind in its focus and the depths of the history that it explores. Focussing on the lives of ordinary people our mission and passion as a company is to bring to life the history of those forgotten by time.
We are looking for someone deeply passionate about history with a thirst for knowledge and a good grasp of history. Someone with good communication and improvisational skills, boundless energy as well as a strong sense of humour and good performance skills.
The passion for history is essential and a good knowledge of history would be a great asset love of answering questions that allow the customers to explore the history even more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Guide people through local area of London bridge
- Answer questions about the topics of the history
- Work in a team
- Have good public speaking skills.
- Have good performative and improvisational skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week
**Salary**: £20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
