Delaware North UK is hiring for a casual Stadium Tour Guide to join our team at London Stadium in East London. As a Tour Guide you love to engage with people and create special experiences for guests. You are driven, determined and engaged in making a visitor attraction the best it can be, because you are always ‘leading the way’. For work or play Tours and Visitor Attractions are your passion

This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening. That means you’ll be able to earn some extra cash doing a fun job that fits in with your other commitments.

**Responsibilities**:
The tour highlights include a visit to the home changing room, indoor running track, walking the players tunnel and panoramic views into the stadium. The Tour currently operates as multi-media tour, either self-guided or with a tour guide depending on the time of year and the stadium operations. There is also the option for a private VIP Tour or Legends tour for those wanting a more in depth and personalised experience.

We are looking for Tour Guides to join our current team. Tour Guides will also form a part of the Tour Experience Maker team who deliver the full tour support throughout our customers visits. Private Tour Guides give a more personalised tour to groups around the venue and should be able to confidently communicate with groups of up to 30 visitors.

Home to the Hammers, UK Athletics, host of the 2012 Summer Olympics, and Europe’s first series of MLB games, London Stadium is no stranger to hosting word-class events. The hospitality services at the 60 - 80,000 seated stadia have been managed by Delaware North since 2015. From event day catering, general admission food and beverage, to the marketing and management of non-event day conferences, there’s plenty of opportunity at London Stadium.
