**Job Overview**
**Ten Three Cleaning** is a fast-paced commercial cleaning company based in Yeovil, operating across the Southwest, and beyond.
We are looking for an individual who is friendly and efficient with high attention to detail with experience in administrative duties that include scheduling.
**Responsibilities for Admin Administrator**
Reporting to the Managing Director, our Admin Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and functions of the business including but not limited to;
- Creating and communicating cleaning staff’s rotas for regular and ad hoc work.
- Communicate and liaise with the office team, maintaining company software, systems and databases
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling and conducting team meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems.
**Qualities for Admin Administrator**
**Must**
- Have schedualing experience
- Be a resourceful problem solver and possess strong communication skills
- Be candid and approachable
- Be familiar with basic company finance processes
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
**Should**
- Have experience within a similar role.
- Have experience with shift scheduling and company logistics.
**Salary**
Starting at £15,000 Per Annum.
**Shift Pattern**
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 15:00
