**Job summary**:
The role will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative and reception duties to the Oncology and Haematology service. The post requires flexibility and the ability to provide a wide range of administrative and reception duties as the services develop.
**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
The Admin Support Receptionist will be required to provide efficient and effective support to the medical secretaries, including cross cover for other support administrators, receptionists and medical secretaries within the business unit to support clinical teams in times of absence, as requested by the Admin Lead to support service requirements. Reception cover will be required to cover lunch breaks and at times of sickness and annual leave.
The Admin Support Receptionist will be responsible for sorting of post, filing and other general administrative duties as directed by the Admin Lead. The Admin Support Receptionist will assist the hair loss service by booking appointments, receiving payments for wigs and making sure the clinic is ready.
