**About REFYT**:
REFYT Ltd is a fast-growing retrofit contractor and consultancy delivering large-scale decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects across the UK. We specialise in government-backed schemes like ECO4, GBIS, SHDF and the GLA’s Warmer Homes programme. With over 50 staff across surveying, coordination, installation and operations, we’re scaling fast - and we need the right people to come on board. That’s where you come in

**The Role - Document Administrator**:
We're on a mission to transform homes across the UK with energy-efficient upgrades, and we’re looking for a meticulous Document Controller to make it happen. You’ll own our documentation process from assessments to compliance records, ensuring everything is accurate, accessible, and PAS 2035 compliant. Your work will keep our retrofit projects running smoothly and help us deliver warmer, greener homes nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation in line with industry and company standards.
- Ensure all retrofit and energy efficiency project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with PAS 2035 and funding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails in both electronic and physical formats.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, assessors, and installers to ensure smooth workflow and documentation accuracy.
- Prepare, update, and issue registers, reports, and compliance packs for internal teams and funding bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a well-documented, compliant, and high-quality project environment.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction, energy efficiency, or related sectors is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident using document control systems, including Microsoft Office and Zoho, to manage, track, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of PAS 2035, ECO, or retrofit compliance frameworks is a plus.

**Education**:

- GCSEs or equivalent; A-levels, college diploma, or vocational qualifications in administration, business, or related fields are a plus.
- Formal qualifications are not essential; strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience are what matter most.

**What We Offer**:
At REFYT, we’re also committed to continually evolving our benefits to support you as we grow, ensuring you have the resources, recognition, and opportunities to thrive both professionally and personally.
- Competitive salary: £27-30K depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Ongoing CPD and training
- Company pension scheme
- Join a mission-driven, diverse company that’s scaling nationally
