**Company Overview**:Simple Insulation is a growing player in the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) industry, dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions by specializing in the installation of energy-efficient products in properties. As we expand our operations, we are urgently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and meticulously prepare ECO submission paperwork, strictly adhering to Ofgem guidance.
- Coordinate appointments for surveys and installations, fostering strong relationships with third-party contractors.
- Accurately input relevant information into internal databases/CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
- Generate insurance guarantees/warranties for installed products on external portals and handle documentation submissions to utility portals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting internal and external monthly deadlines.
- Provide valuable support to team members and cover absences when necessary.
- Perform general administration duties and respond to ad hoc requests.
**Skills**:
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
