**Customer Service Administrator**

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Swanley, South London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5.00 pm
- Training: 2 weeks training in Tamworth, Staffordshire - all expenses paid for_
- Please note: a DBS Check will be undertaken during first 2 weeks of employment_

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data input across various systems and customer portals.
- Acting as the key intermediary between customers, service centre and claims contractors.
- Scheduling appointments for both planned and reactive works involving electricians and plumbers.
- Guiding customers in material selections for reinstatement works.
- Overseeing interim invoicing processes related to reinstatement projects.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years recent experience working in an office based Customer Service environment
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Result-oriented actions in managing services
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with self-motivation
