**About us**:
Evolve Pensions is the sponsor and in house administrator for The Crystal Trust, an authorised Master Trust. We are project specialists, consultants and administrators working to protect and enhance the benefits of hundreds of thousands of pension scheme members.
**Position overview**:
**Main role responsibilities**:
These include but are not limited to:
- providing support in migrating pension scheme employers onto an employer portal.
- providing full support and training to employers on how to use the employer portal.
- providing support and training to Evolves partners, agents, payroll bureaus etc.
- dealing with all employer queries, questions, and support tickets.
- complaint handling.
- escalation of queries to a senior member of the team.
- able to deal with sensitive member data and understand data protection regulations.
- data review and cleansing.
**Skills and Experience**
- proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- follow testing best practices.
- excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures.
- preferable experience in the financial services sector.
- experience in customer service required.
- varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to associated deadlines
