Overview:
Are you an Events Coordinator looking to join an innovative tech company? Do you want grow your events experience to international events? You will support the planning and execution of various events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and panels. This role involves assisting with logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and occasional on-site supervision to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a chance to continue to develop your events management experience and join a company pushing the boundaries of data compression across video, AI and Extended Reality (XR)

Event Strategy & Planning**: Develop an events calendar for industry conferences, trade shows, product launches, and Studios promotions.
- ** Event Execution**: Plan and coordinate event logistics, booth design, branding materials, and speaker engagements.
- ** Community Engagement**: Manage webinars and online events to showcase product innovations and Studios content, engaging with both the tech and creative communities.
- ** ROI Tracking & Reporting**: Track event performance, including lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness; provide insights to refine future event strategies.

**Event Planning and Coordination**
- Plan and execute events from scheduling to delivery, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget.
- Manage logístical and administrative tasks to support smooth event operations.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet event needs and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate branding elements with partners.

**Budget and Resource Management**
- Assist in planning and tracking event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Process purchase requests to support event-related procurement.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and provide direction to colleagues involved in event tasks.

**On-Site Support**
- Some overseas travel will be required to set-up events, approximately twice a year.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for independent work across teams.
- Detail-oriented with an interest in technology.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Experience**:

- Experience in managing events in a B2B environment, ideally in the technology space
- (Ideally) some experience in managing events on-site.
- Willingness and ability to travel to events
