**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain screen/digital printing machinery efficiently and safely.
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to work rotating shifts (6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 1:55 pm - 9:55 pm)
- Basic understanding of printing processes.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift up to 20kg
