The Pre-Assessment Clinic Receptionist provides essential administrative support to the Pre-Assessment Clinic, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic and the delivery of highquality care.
The role involves managing front-line reception duties, coordinating patient appointments, and handling administrative tasks for the department.
The receptionist will liaise closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants, nurses, and other administrative staff, ensuring effective communication and prioritisation of workloads.
The post holder will be expected to maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients and visitors while supporting the team in delivering excellent pre-operative care.
