**About The Role**

**Role Specifications**:

- To support the Salon Manager with the day to day duties of running the salon
- Ensuring we deliver 'Gold Standard' Customer service
- Managing online, telephone and walk-in appointments
- Monitoring white space
- Interacting with customers
- Ensure housekeeping is managed on a daily basis.
- Perform salon closing/opening procedures.
- Highlight any issues with procedures to Management.
- Adhering to our Health and safety requirements
- Selling memberships

**We are looking for**:

- At least 3 years previous experience working in a Front of House/Receptionist in a beauty salon/Spa/Hotel.
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Extremely organised
- High level of spoken and written English skills
- Works well under pressure
- Able to anticipate customer and team needs
- Positive attitude
- Immaculate presentation
- Self Starter
- Ambitious
- Detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
