King Healthcare are currently assisting a leading private hospital in London in their search for a Pre-assessment Manager. This role will involve managing the pre-assessment nursing team in charge of pre-admissions and discharge to the ward. This clientis seeking someone with strong clinical leadership who can ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**The Role**

This position will involve managing all aspects of the pre-assessment department. You’ll need to carefully manage resources while working closely with peri-operative and post-operative teams to ensure maximum efficiency, evaluate key performance and qualityindicators and seamless delivery of top-quality patient care.

You will act as a clinical expert for the unit providing support to staff, leadership and being a visible role model.

The ideal applicant for this role will be an experienced Nurse with several years experience in pre-assessment although all experience within private hospitals or clinical management will be considered. You should be able to demonstrate your leadership experiencewithin a pre-assessment environment and be comfortable in a senior nursing role.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary on offer for this position is between £48,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience. In addition are several benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, free meals on duty, season ticket loans, private pension scheme, employee discountsetc.
