We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Assessment Coordinator to join The Harley Street Clinic. This role is vital in co-ordinating the patient flow within the Pre-Operative Assessment (POA) service, supporting the nursing team in the assessment and management of the patients.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage the scheduling of clinic appointments to help organise the nurse’s workloads
- Liaise with the patients to assist in the nursing triage process
- Communication with patients to provide Pre-Op Information required
- Handle the incoming telephone traffic and direct as appropriate

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous admin experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
