**Head of Digital Marketing**
We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who is talented, passionate and a seasoned leader. With deep expertise in digital marketing, obsessed with the digital landscape and how its changing, you will be joining one of the UK's leading e-commerce fashionstores. Based in impressive premises on the south coast, we are a fast growth multi million pound fashion ecommerce business with a global presence.
All products are our own brand, designed in house and distributed globally from our state-of-the-art warehouse. We supply to international consumers and prestigious businesses alike, including James Bond films, Disney, The BBC (Strictly Come Dancing and EastEnders),Dancing on Ice and MTV. We have big ambitions to be a global leader and trend setter in formal fashion.
This role would report directly to the CEO to add value to the overall business strategy, championing the role digital growth plays in making this happen.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Defining and leading growth strategies globally in line with brand objectives. You will be hands on in developing and executing marketing strategies and be a key player in brand outreach.
- Develop a multi skilled passionate team of digital specialists to drive online acquisition, conversion and growth.
- Develop actionable audience-based strategies to increase new customer acquisition globally and improve customer retention.
- Develop conversion-rate-optimization initiatives.
- Amplify design concepts with highly creative ideas to reach the customer across all paid media platforms.
- Execute annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing strategies, including initial marketing concept, goals and objectives, creative briefs, through to timelines, budget, and execution.
- Implement and leverage data analytics, tracking, and other reporting tools across all channels and touch points.
