Receptionist / Office Administrator

**The Company**
Sparkling clean solutions ltd has been established since 2006, our head office is based in Derby.
We specialise in: Office and commercial cleaning, Builders/Sparkle cleans, Event/hotel cleaning.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team, if you have a proactive personality, excellent organisational skills and a great eye for detail;
**Monday - Friday**
**Training period - 9am - 2.30pm, 30 minutes unpaid break**
**5 hrs per day**
25 hrs per week
- Be clear, concise, a methodical approach to working & have previous planning & scheduling experience.
- To have confident telephone skills, practice great time management in an organised manner and a Bubbly personality.
- Being self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- An ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workload.
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
On a daily basis you are expected to perform the following duties without compromise and to the best of your ability, being accountable for each aspect of your job.
**Key Responsibilities**
Administrative:
- To carry out reception duties
- Answering the telephone - directing calls, taking and relaying messages
- Dealing with general enquiries & updating company systems and records as required
- Dealing with customer enquiries & data entry
- Monthly invoicing
- Carrying out telephone interviews
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Administrative support to Supervisor
- Daily Filing
**Requirements**:
- Must have at least 2 years administration and office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Be willing to learn new processes as part of your personal matrix
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £950.00 per month
