**Office Administrator/Receptionist**
**Reports to**: Directors

- Experience of working in 5S and/or Lean Manufacturing Environment.
**Our expectations**:
On a daily basis you are expected to perform the following duties without compromise and to the best of your ability, being accountable for each aspect of your job.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
Administrative:
- To carry out reception duties
- Answering the telephone - directing calls, taking and relaying messages
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Administrative support to Directors, Purchasing Manager and Production Managers
- Daily Filing
General:
- Cover and support the purchasing manager
- Meet & Greet customers/suppliers
- Follow company procedures and report non-conformance to management
- Maintain a high level of quality
- Run errands such banking cheques, posting letters etc
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings where relevant
- Attend training courses where relevant
**Minimum Hours of Work**:
8.30 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday
8.30 - 16.00 Friday
As we push forward towards our focus of achieving higher turnover and profits, you will be required to do some additional hours in order to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
