Fasttrack Resources are proud to be working in partnership with our prestigious client who are looking to recruit for a **Office Administrator/Receptionist** to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration/receptionist experience and ambition to further their career and grow alongside the business.
**About the role**:
- Inputting holidays, expenses, attendance reports
- Staff Development Reviews & Training schedules
- Reception cover - phones, meeting rooms, greeting clients, deliveries etc.
- Monitoring external inboxes - sales, enquiries, careers
- Coding and coordinating invoices and timesheets for head office accounts team
**Hours & pay**:
- Salary up to £24,000 per year dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday - Business Hours
**About you**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an admin/receptionist role
- Excellent organisation skills and numerically accurate, with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding and ability to operate Microsoft office software (Word/Excel/Outlook in particular)
- Ability to work within allocated time scales
- Good punctuality, pro-active approach, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
- Professional telephone manner
- A full driving licence would be preferable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
