Reporting to the PR & Marketing Manager, you will work with internal and external teams to play a vital role in developing digital campaigns and building the marketing calendar.

As Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Planning digital content in line with the marketing calendar
- Keeping up to date with the marketing calendar for new launches, promotions & gifting occasions
- Aiding in user acceptance testing of new features and improvements to ensure they align with customer expectations
- Managing all organic social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Building and maintaining relations with influencers
- Conducting research to analyse market trends, and customer behaviour and preparing reports on these.

As Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will have:

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience within a Social Media position
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Confidence in working with internal and external companies
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
