Our client, a $4bn global leader in water solutions, spanning water coolers, water vending, water softeners, hot/cold water taps and filtration systems for the office & home,
is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive to drive their lead generation strategy across all digital channels
, making a real and meaningful impact in a dynamic and competitive sector. Our client's mission is all about transforming water quality to improve lives and protect the planet. At work, it keeps teams hydrated and performing at their best in offices and commercial spaces; in public spaces, its water vending machines and bottle-filling stations improve access to cleaner, safer water while reducing single-use plastic waste.

Position Overview

As the Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive, you will be
central to generating leads and optimising performance across digital channels.
You will support a pivotal project to unify multiple UK brand websites into a single, high-performing global platform. Your work will directly connect marketing activities with sales results, ensuring all campaigns are effective and deliver against key business targets.


What you'll be doing from Day 1

  • Planning and managing digital lead generation campaigns from start to finish.
  • Optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for performance.
  • Briefing designers and agencies to develop compelling creative assets.
  • Building and improving landing pages to increase conversion rates.
  • Managing technical setup and tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
  • Ensuring accurate campaign attribution within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to refine lead scoring and routing processes.
  • Maintaining and updating the company website, implementing SEO best practices.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders.


What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management, within a lead-generation focused business.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and cookie consent management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce CRM
    (campaign setup, reporting, lead workflows).
  • Proven ability to work closely with external agencies and designers
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS) with SEO and CRO knowledge.
  • Solid track record of delivering measurable lead generation results.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
