You will support and assist the Student Finance team within the Finance Office. This position acts as a first point of contact for queries as well as assisting with the processing of invoices, rescheduling of fees, assisting with banking transactions, processing student refunds and providing cover for members of the Student Finance team during busy periods.
- About YouYou will have a good general level of education and will ideally have experience working in Student Finance in a Higher Education environment. You will have good administrative, organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and Outlook is essential.
