Wedding and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of weddings and related events
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Assist in selecting and booking venues, vendors, and service providers
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and catering
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Manage budgets and track expenses
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or guest services is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13,500.00-£13,590.00 per year
