An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join our growing housing business in Birchwood, Warrington. You will be working on post completion property's ensuring all defects are rectified within a professional and timelymanner.

**Client Details**

My client is a family-owned development, housing and construction business who has grown form a small family run business in to the UK's largest privately owned and family managed contracting business. They currently employ over 650 people and are now lookingto add a Customer Care Operative to work on their developments in customer occupied homes around the Northwest.

**Description**
- The operative will investigate and complete the rectification of (in house) defects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with design standards, specifications and company procedures
- Work with members of the Customer Care Team, whilst liaising closely with the Maintenance Manager
- Uphold and communicate the values and culture.
- Investigate and complete the rectification of work needed to conclude NHBC/LABC claims
- Maintain / complete accurate and concise records of repairs on Clixifix.
- To assist on various site where applicable
- Carry out inspections where required and record programme of works with the customer care coordinators.
- Update all works on Clixifix our defect management system

**Profile**

The ideal Customer Care Operative will have a successful track record of working in a customer related environment within a house building/construction industry. You should have a good knowledge of house building and NHBC standards. You will be highly organisedand have excellent communication skills.
You will be proficient with IT (Microsoft packages and Clixifix.) a high attention to detail are skills you will possess, in addition to being self-motivated, customer focused, target driven, positive and a team player you are able to work on your own and useyour own initiative and be in a commutable location to Warrington.

**Job Offer**

Salary dependent on experience

Working hours Mon - Fri 08.00 - 16.30

Warrington office
