ENTRY LEVEL NEGOTIATOR

Salary - £20,000 - £35,000 Year One

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers
- Negotiate sales with clients
- Manage enquiries from prospective buyers
- Liaise with vendors to arrange property listings
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is desirable
- Administrative skills for managing documentation and client records
