We are seeking a motivated Branch Administrator to join our team at Crayford depot. As the heart of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth branch administration while providing top-notch customer support.

You will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and accurately, and all daily and weekly tasks are completed within the relevant time scales. The role will require a significant amount of problem solving, planning and resolution. You will work as a member of the Crayford depot team undertaking delegated tasks and responsibilities in line with the needs and operational requirements of the service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with other staff members and customers swiftly and effectively ensuring that customer requirements are met.
- Input incoming orders and contracts into the relevant computer system.
- To complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures and process route clear downs in an efficient manner.
- Build effective and close working relationships with the Sales, Transport and Warehouse teams.

Ensure pro-active communication with SCO’s throughout the working day.
- Responding to phone requests promptly

**ABOUT YOU**
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Highly competent in standard software packages and willing to learn new ones.
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Must have the ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- Ability to work under pressure showing flexibility when required.

- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Retrieve documents from filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventories.

- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

**Salary**: £14,098.49-£28,534.59 per year
