We are now recruiting for an Administrator.

The purpose of this department / team is to represent and promote the department by delivering exceptional end to end customer service and being a point of contact for customers, ensuring that the customers interests come first.

You understand the customer’s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport and demonstrate empathy when needed. You will provide day to day support to the Enterprise Networks sales team and effectively communicate to all parties regarding progress of customer orders and projects.

Main duties of this role are:

- Raising deal regs with multiple vendors
- Obtaining pricing, producing customer quotes & raising purchase orders for the Account Directors
- Maintenance Database Management & creation of Customer Contracts
- Liaising with Distribution & Vendors
- Liaising with customers and vendors for delivery of goods
- Booking Engineers travel & accommodation etc.
- Diary management for Enterprise Networks Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
