Training Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
To support OTS in providing a high-quality service to the various customers/clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Issue quotes, purchase order requisitions and sales orders.
- Reviewing and managing key contracts e.g., taxis, lunches etc to ensure effective cost control.
- Organise all trainee transportation, lunches & accommodation and ensure effective pricing.
- Organise instructor transportation/accommodation and gain best pricing.
- Manage training schedule such that deadlines are met for course commencement and ensure that rooms and instructors are not double booked and collate post-training information.
- Run social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
**Knowledge, Skills, Education, Training and Experience**:
- Must have proven team-working skills.
- Planning and organisational skills are also required to ensure departmental and business objectives and deadlines are met whilst ensuring the integrity of the Company.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required to convey issues to your management and employees alike.
- PC literate: Expert knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting computer systems is essential. All round appreciation and understanding of Information Technology including hardware, software and networking arrangements.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: Up to £10,530.00 per year
