**The Administrator Duties**:
- Your main role will be scheduling our vast engineering team's work day to day and booking in planned maintenance and works.
- You will prepare job costs for invoicing.
- You will be involved in a range of admin activities.
- You will use our bespoke job management system and monitor service level agreement targets (SLA's).
- To work as part of a small team to meet our customers' needs
Full training will be given to you to help support you in your role. The job is full time working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional 8am starts will be required once you have reached a level of training.
**The Person**
To be considered for this Administrator role you will need:
- Proven work experience as an administrator or within an office support role.
- A friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service.
- Must be able to work well under a certain level of pressure
- Good time management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and other office programs.
