**Job Title Purchasing Administrator**
**Reporting to Purchasing Manager**
**Role Profile -Purchasing Administrator**
We have a requirement for 3/6 month temporary purchasing administrator in our head office at Cramlington
Hours
8am until 4.30pm Mon to Thursday
8am until 3.30pm Friday
30mins for lunch unpaid
- Provide both clerical and administrative Purchasing/Estimating Team to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
Specific duties will include:
- Good Communication skills
- Experienced data entry, excel
- Preferable coming from Purchasing background with purchasing software experience
- Data entry - Oracle Netsuite erp Purchasing System (training will be given)
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying and printing various documents
RATE OF PAY IS £15.00 GROSS
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
