**LSA working with Adults with Learning Disabilities - Tamworth.**

Working for the Hub Manager and Deputy Hub Manager you will provide learning and development opportunities to young adults 16-25 and older adults 25+ who may have physical disabilities, personal care needs, profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism, and moderate learning disabilities. In addition to these, the job vacancies at Walsall will include working with adults who may present behaviours that challenge them.

**Job Details**:

- As part of a team, you will assist in supporting learning through practical activities such as gardening, cookery, arts & crafts, and community visits.
- You will work as part of a growing team of Learner Support Assistants within an exciting expansion programme.
- As part of your role, you will be required to provide support with personal care needs e.g. toileting support, and may be required to escort students by taxi. [this would be discussed further should an interview be given]

**Hours**: 09.30 - 15.30 pm.

**Days**: Monday to Friday.

**Lunch Break**: 30 minutes.

Experience with this client group would be an advantage but not essential.

Wages are reviewed after successful completion of 12 weeks to £10.00 per hour.
