Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: £16,849 - £17,113

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (ends 17th July 2026)

Working Hours/Pattern: Part-Time, 30 hours per week, 38 working weeks per year

About You:

Three Peaks Primary Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant, to make a meaningful impact by supporting our pupils in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children within an educational setting.
  • Experience of supporting children with specific learning difficulties.
  • Ability to support learning across a range of age groups and abilities.
